Our ninth annual miXx it Up! showcase will bring our YouTube dance cover video live on the stage. The successes of our previous showcases have encouraged us to continue our mission to promote Korean pop culture and present to the public with outstanding performances. Come out to watch your favorite K-Pop songs performed by our talented and hardworking dancers of miXx at Metcalf Hall located on the second floor of GSU. This showcase is especially special for us to celebrate BU miXx's 10th anniversary from its establishment. Mark your calendars and save the date! This year, our showcase will be held on Saturday, April 29th, in Metcalf Hall. Doors will open at 6:30PM and performances will begin at 7:00PM! The event will feature dance pieces performed by our very own miXx members. We aim to engage the audience members who are both familiar with K-Pop and new to it! This will not be an event you want to miss! Enjoy the warm weather and see you on April 29th!

The word "miXx" is a stylized version of the word "mix," where we aim to mix together people of different cultures and backgrounds to create one group filled with people who love and appreciate K-Pop. The large "X" stands for "cross-cultural communication," as we aim to learn more about and enjoy a part of Korean culture through K-Pop and dance.

We were founded by two Boston University alums. We are currently active in both Japan and Boston. Those who are interested in K-Pop or who would like to learn more about it, those with dance experience or those without, those who like singing or would like to start, or those who are interested in learning more about Korean culture are strongly encouraged to join! With the system we have established, our club accommodates those with busy schedules, as you can make this club's time commitment as intense or as lax as you would like according to what you can manage. We look forward to your participation in our club!
